The Roseberry Studios is a delightful location to spend your holidays and is only a 2 minute walk from Faliraki, which is one of the largest organized beach resorts in Greece. Enjoy a cost friendly accommodation by the primary beach resort of Rhodes. The Roseberry Studios are located in nice surroundings by the bay, where you can experience Faliraki first hand. You can also take advantage of free private parking, which is not easy to find by the beach. Faliraki has been rewarded with the “blue flag” environmental award by the EU for their clean beaches. Faliraki is also very famous for its night life, with the Faliraki Bar Street offering a large diversity of bars and clubs to choose from. Spend your day relaxing on the beach and experience the city’s vibrant night life.

Food & Beverage

For stays of one week the total cost of breakfast will be 20 euros per person and for long stays of two weeks the total cost of breakfast will be 30 euros per person.

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
